Crush is a new American restaurant in central district in Seattle. Chef Jason Wilson is the restaurant’s chef and he offers variety of modern American cuisines. Chef Jason was named the best chef in northwest in 2010 by the James Beard Foundation. Although he embraces the modern sensibility he also works closely with farmers and local northwest producers.
