editor review

We have been to this restaurant at least a dozen times, and almost every time we were surprised with delight beyond our expectation. We tried the Lake Union location as well as the Ballard location. The Lake Union offered more convenience in terms of parking, seating options, and outside seating (when the weather is nice). The food was always fantastic, the service was friendly and prompt, and the prices are great considering the high quality of food and service. No doubt, we will visit again and again. This is however a breakfast/lunch restaurant. If they extended their opening hours to evenings and offered dinner or happy hour menu, I am sure that nobody would complain - except their competitors.

Atmosphere: Vegan Food RestaurantsVegan Food RestaurantsVegan Food RestaurantsVegan Food RestaurantsVegan Food Restaurants Down-to-earth, relaxed, casual, but often loud.

Amenities: Vegan Food RestaurantsVegan Food RestaurantsVegan Food RestaurantsVegan Food RestaurantsVegan Food Restaurants Parking can be an issue during Saturdays and Sundays. During peak hours, there is usually a waiting time of 45 minutes but no place to sit while waiting and must stand in line outside or until your name is called (major issue when the weather is rainy or windy). The bathrooms are small and too close to the eating area (especially if you have a table near the bathrooms) and there is usually a line of people waiting to use it. We tried the Lake Union location as well as the Ballard location. The Lake Union restaurant offered more convenience in terms of parking, seating options, and outside seating with nice tables although it is right next to the a somewhat busy junction.
