Food Items can have 180 more times fluoride than tap water and the role of Edward Bernays in influencing and manipulating the public opinion
More than 60% of US water supplies are fluorinated and about 170 million Americans drink fluorinated water on a daily basis. Although most people believe that tap water and toothpastes are the main sources of their exposure to fluoride, the fluoride expert, Jeff Green believes otherwise.
Jeff Green who has been protesting and studying the side effects of fluoride on body for the last 15 years says that non-organic produce are sprayed with pesticides that have high levels of fluoride in them.
“Cryolite is actually sodium aluminum fluoride… This sodium aluminum fluoride is especially effective at killing bugs,” says Green. “It’s also very sticky, so when they spray it, it’s more likely to stick on your produce, unless you’re… really working at trying to get it off of it.”
For example, conventional grapes are a major source of fluoride since they are heavily sprayed with Cryolite. In fact, non-organic grapes contain 180 parts per million (ppm) of fluoride, which is 180 times higher than the recommended level in fluorinated water. You might also be amazed to know that other foods including raisins, citrus fruits and potatoes have high levels of fluoride in them.
As it turns out, citrus fruits are allowed to be contaminated with 95 ppm of sodium fluoride. Potatoes can have 22 ppm on the outside skin and 2 ppm on the inside, wheat can have 10 ppm and raisins can have up to 55 ppm of sodium fluoride.
How about drinking water?
Although some people might think drinking bottled water is safe, the truth is that drinking water from bottled water on a regular basis isn’t a very smart choice. First of all, the water is exposed to plastic (especially if it's placed under direct sun) which can contaminate your water with hormone-destructive chemicals like BPA. Secondly, 40% of bottled water (if it doesn’t say spring water) is just tap water.
Since most people don’t have access to live spring water, it’s better to use filtered water at home. Distillation is also another alternative for drinking clean water. However, distillation lacks minerals and drinking distilled water long-term can deplete your body from essential trace minerals. However, for short-term detox, distillation can be very useful. Drinking water from reverse osmosis (R/O) filtration is also another option.
Fluoride is more toxic than you think:
Not only that fluoride by itself is toxic, it also has the ability to affect other heavy metals and toxins and make them even more harmful. In fact, combination of chloramines with hydrofluorosilicic acid can extract lead from old plumbing systems and add lead into water supply. So, as if fluoride by itself wasn’t toxic enough, it can also combine with other toxins and add more pollution and heavy metals like lead into your drinking water.
Studies show that exposure to hydrofluorosilicic acid can increase accumulation of lead in calcium-rich tissues like bones and teeth. Also, according to Green, free fluoride ion can act as a transporter of heavy metals and allow these toxins to enter some parts of your body that are not allowed like your brain.
Fluoride has also been linked to other health problems such as autism, lower IQ in children, thyroid dysfunction, neurological problems and cancer. However, according to Green, a combination of nutrients like Magnesium, calcium and vitamin C can bind free fluoride ions and help to excrete fluoride from your body more effectively.
An average American is 8 times more exposed to fluoride than the amount allowed by the government
The accumulation of fluoride from food, water, toothpastes and beverages exposes an average person to 8 times more fluoride than the recommended amount. As we get older, our bodies cannot exert these toxins and heavy metals by itself and that’s why it’s important to have a good cleansing diet on a regular basis. How did fluoride get into our water supplies at the first place?
The father of modern propaganda, Edward L. Bernays was the chief architect of the campaign to sell fluoridation of water. Bernays also campaigned on behalf of the tobacco industry for American women to take up smoking as an act of feminist liberation, calling cigarettes “torches of freedom”.
Austrian economist Murray Rothbard wrote in 1993:
“The mobilization, the national clamor for fluoridation, and the stamping of opponents with the right-wing kook image, was all generated by the public relations man hired by Oscar Ewing to direct the drive. [Ewing was the chief counsel for Alcoa aluminum company, and fluoride is a by-product of aluminum production.] As a retrospective scientific article pointed out about the fluoridation movement, one of its widely distributed dossiers listed opponents of fluoridation “in alphabetical order reputable scientists, convicted felons, food faddists, scientific organizations, and the Ku Klux Klan.” (Bette Hileman, “Fluoridation of Water,” Chemical and Engineering News 66 [August 1, 1988], p. 37; quoted in Griffiths, p. 63)”
That's how deep the rabbit hole goes in a dreadful system of international espionage and oligarchy
Edward Bernays notion of disinformation and manipulation also played an important role in overthrowing democratically elected governments all over the world.
“There is nothing new in the world except the history you do not know”. –President Truman
For those who are interested in the history, I recommend reading Stephen Kinzer’s book called “All Shahs men; an American coup and the roots of the Middle east Terror”.
In fact, among 54 democratic countries, Iran was the first country with a democratically elected government that was over thrown by CIA. (The British stole Iran’s oil for 60+ years and invested the money in UK’s infrastructures while the children of Iran lived in poverty and misery. The British enjoyed a life of luxury with Iran's oil money and at one point Winston Churchill said that “Iran’s oil was a gift from fairy land beyond his wildest dreams”. With Iran’s oil money, the British bought steel and built the London underground from 1904 until 1930s and they supplied, built and purchased weapons for their military to wage WW1 and WW2 and to pay for all their war debts that was accumulated between 1939 and 1941 when US was still out of the war and was subsidizing the British war with Germany through loans and credits which Britain later repaid back to the US with the Iranian oil. In fact, Winston Churchill convinced Eisenhower in 1952 when he was elected that without Iranian oil Britain cannot continue making repayments on the war debts to US.)
Dr. Mossadegh, the man whom Time magazine had called “The Iranian George Washington” – tried to nationalize Iran’s oil and fought the British imperialism and colonialism but he didn’t succeed and after 2 years, his government was over thrown by CIA coup and he was put under house arrest until he died. However, up to this day, for many people around the world, Dr Mossadegh represents the symbol of change and a champion of true secular democracy.
