Eva restaurant and bar is a casual restaurant in Seattle downtown offering American cuisines with ingredients from local farms, natural meats and handmade wines. Chef Amy and her husband James Hondros opened Eva in 2001. Eva has been included in Zagat report among other top American restaurants and has three star reviews from both the Seattle Post-Intelligencer and the Seattle Times. The Seattle magazine also named Amy “Chef to watch”.
