The Sazerac restaurant is located in Seattle downtown next to hotel Monaco. The Sazerac’s executive Chef Jason McClure uses the fresh seasonal ingredients, free range meat and ingredients from local farms in Pacific Northwest in his cuisines and the outcome based on his own words are freshness, simplicity and elegance. Chef Jason’s menus are influenced by his trips across the country where he shares his love and passion for food.
