The Wild Ginger restaurant is located in Seattle down town and Bellevue and the main dishes are Thai, Asian fusion and Chinese cuisine with authentic recipes from India, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, South China, Singapore and Vietnam. The owners of Wild Ginger Rick and Ann Yoder after many years of travelling and research found their menu based on their passion for fresh quality ingredients, free range meat with herbals and spices. Many time the residents of Northwest and national food critics have rated Wild Ginger as one of the very best fine cuisines in Northwest. The New York times also wrote that Wild Ginger is one of the most provocative and fun restaurants in Seattle and Bellevue.
